Optimedia at Batimat 2026: the wrap-up of four days in Paris

From 28 September to 1 October 2026, Optimedia exhibited at Batimat, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles within the new Paris Builders Show.

Our stand, F020 in Hall 4, welcomed installers, distributors and specifiers for four days. The organisers had announced more than 135,000 participants and over 2,000 exhibitors from more than 130 countries.

Windows, doors and façades were grouped under Equipbaie-Métalexpo by Batimat, the largest sector of the show with more than 44,000 m² of floor space.

What we showed on the stand

Three solutions are set to join the Optimedia catalogue, and all three were on display:

• OptiHorizon Vivid, a sliding system designed for large panoramic openings with no visual obstruction.
• Hybrid, our new aluminium-PVC system. It pairs the thermal and acoustic insulation of PVC with the slim sightlines and finishes of aluminium, in a 70 mm depth with fully or semi-concealed sash options.
• Lucentra, smart glazing developed with Andluca. It converts UV light into energy to power dynamic tinting, security sensors and lighting built into the window.

Alongside them stood two established references: OptiFusion Sliding, made for compact living spaces, and the OptiPro Pivot Door.

An interactive stand

The stand was built around a circle, the shape the design started from, and a totem with three interactive modules:

• the story of the company, from its origins to today's production;
• an interactive map of the factory, with the automated machinery used for aluminium and PVC;
• a guided product finder that points each visitor to the right product and shows where to find it on the stand.
