Optimedia at Batimat 2026: three new products and an interactive stand experience

Optimedia stand at Batimat 2026

From 28 September to 1 October 2026, Batimat returns to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles as part of the new Paris Builders Show, which brings Batimat together with Interclima, Idéobain and the Renodays forum under one roof. Running under the theme "Building in Motion", the 2026 edition is expected to welcome more than 135,000 participants and over 2,000 exhibitors from more than 130 countries, making it one of the leading construction events in Europe. Within Batimat, the windows, doors and façades trade is grouped under Equipbaie-Métalexpo by Batimat, the largest sector of the show by floor space, covering more than 44,000 m².

Optimedia will be on-site with a dedicated stand for installers, distributors and specifiers working with aluminium and PVC joinery.

Three new additions to the range

Visitors to the stand will get an early look at three solutions set to join the Optimedia catalogue:

  • OptiHorizon Vivid, a fully-disappearing sliding door system with a discrete handle, designed for unobstructed large panoramic openings.
  • Hybrid, a new aluminium-PVC hybrid system combining the thermal and acoustic insulation of PVC with the strength, slim sightlines and finishes of aluminium, with a 70 mm depth and fully or semi-concealed sash options, manufactured from 100% recycled aluminium and PVC profiles.
  • Lucentra, smart glazing developed in partnership with Andluca that converts UV light into energy to power dynamic tinting, security sensors and integrated lighting directly within the window.

Alongside these novelties, the stand will also feature established references from the range: OptiFusion Sliding, a solution for compact living spaces that brings abundant natural light and a greater sense of space to sliding doors and windows, and the OptiPro Pivot Door, showcasing the depth of Optimedia's aluminium and PVC catalogue.

An interactive stand experience

Beyond the products, the Optimedia stand will host a totem with an interactive experience tracing the company's story, from its origins to its current production. An interactive map of the factory will also be available, walking visitors through the automated machinery used in aluminium and PVC processing. A third module will guide visitors toward the product best suited to their needs, and point them to exactly where to find it on the stand.
